Amy's Soap Challenge Week #9 - Soap Peaks

I have been super super busy with school and other life events. Barely squeezing in on this weeks challenge.

So here is my soap for Amy's Soap Challenge. Check it out here if you haven't already. There are so many talented soap makers :)

I made a Cafe Mocha soap. The pictures are a VERY fresh cut and they are just starting to turn dark brown. I used dark brewed coffee for my liquid and added a touch of cocoa powder to my espresso FO. Yumm! I hope they get really dark. I put a ton of white pearl mica in the tops so hope they stay lighter.

    1. Thank you Amy!! I dusted the top with gold mica. I had cocoa powder in one hand and the mica in the other. The sparkles always win with me. Ha Ha. And, they do smell yummy... really yummy. I had to go and get a cafe mocha after I smelled it for days... lol

  2. Looks great, Kim!!! They'll look even better when they are finished darkening. I know what you mean about school busyness - today is our last half day!

  3. Beautiful soaps, Kim! Your peaks turned out great. And I love the colors - the white pearl mica looks great with the natural discoloration. Bet the soap smells great, too!
